Terms & Conditions of Sale


By purchasing from Cuckoo Home Limited, you (the customer) accept the Terms & Conditions below, agreeing to read all our policies of sale on this page and also the Delivery, Returns and Order Confirmation.


Website Orders


When placing an order via our website at the checkout you will be prompted to enter the following information; name, address, telephone number and email address. We need this information to be able to process your order.


Once you have placed an order with us you will receive an email confirmation to confirm that we have received your order and/or payment. Please note that this is not an acceptance of your order and we retain the right to contact you and issue a full refund in the event of any complications with your order; including, but not limited to, incorrect pricing, stock availability and delivery charges.


We need your telephone number so that we can contact you to inform you of any issues with your order, or for example if you we need to discuss delivery options with you. We may also need to pass this information on to our couriers or other delivery agents as they may need to contact you to arrange delivery. 


When your order has been despatched and delivered, the completion of the contract between Cuckoo Home Limited and yourself will have taken place. 


Please note that circumstances may arise that mean that we are unable to fulfil your order, examples include: 

  • Products no longer being in stock

  • Your payment being declined


In any of these circumstances one of our representatives will contact you either by email or telephone. 


We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time.


We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.


Order Cancellation


If you wish to cancel an order once it has been placed you have up to 30 days to do so from the date that you receive the items. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel prior to your order being despatched please send an email to hellocuckoohome@gmail.com




We do hope that you love the items that you receive from us, however if you are not we will issue a refund for undamaged goods that are returned to us in their original condition and packaging with in 14 days of receipt. Please note that you will need to cover the cost of the return delivery. This also applies to larger pieces of furniture. 


Products Descriptions and Information 


  • We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the photos and descriptions provided for individual products are correct. 

  • We are constantly updating our website with new products. We will not accept liability to you if we have to withdraw a product from sale at any time that we see fit. 




  • Delivery times are for guidance purposes only and can change due to unforeseen circumstances that may be out of our control. 

  • We are currently unable to deliver any of our goods outside of mainland UK. 


Payment of Orders


  • Please note that we will take full payment for all orders and delivery at the point of sale and not at the point of despatch.

  • All prices are inclusive of VAT.

  • The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. 


To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:


  • Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information.

  • Be over 18 years of age.

  • Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and temporary addresses are not acceptable.

  • Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.

  • By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.


Gift Vouchers


Gift vouchers cannot currently be redeemed online. However if you have a gift voucher that you would like to use please send us an email to hellocuckoohome@gmail.com and we will do our best to facilitate this.
